MPL LASHES GUIDELINES

Upon Arrival:
- Free 2hr Street Parking on Provencher Blvd is available in front of the Salon, or on a side street. (forOakbank location please park on the street)
- Please Contact me by text (204-298-2786) once you have arrived for your
appointment. After receiving confirmation you may proceed to come in : )
Prepping for your appointment will play a key role in how your results turn out!
Below are some guidelines to follow prior to your scheduled appointment(s).
Pre Appointment Guide for Lash Clients:
- Please arrive with clean, make-up free and uncurled lashes
- Avoid caffeinated drinks prior to your lash appointment as this causes the eyes to flutter = poor retention.
- Please avoid movement & chatter during your lash appointment as this will add on time, and can cause allergic reaction due to the eyes fluttering.
Pre Appointment Guidelines for Brow Clients:
- Please do not trim/ tweeze/ tint the brow hairs for at least 3-4 weeks prior to your appointment to ensure the optimal results.
- Shower and/or Gym ahead of time as you cannot get the brows wet for 24 hour postservice.
- Arrive with clean, makeup free brows (including brow makeup, foundation, concealer)
- Avoid the use of any Retinol/ AHA Products on your face for at least 2 weeks prior to your service (otherwise we will not be able to wax)
-Wait at least 12 months post Accutane Treatment before booking a brow wax apt.

MPL LASHES BOOKING POLICIES:

-No CC on File = Unconfirmed Appointment

- Outside guests are not allowed in studio for liability reasons. Unless you are the guardian of a client that is under the age of 18yrs old.

- If you are going to be running late, please communicate with me to let me know. There will be a 10 minute grace period given. However anything over this time frame and the appointment will unfortunately need to be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

- Cancellations/Reschedules can be made no less than 48 hrs prior to your original appointment (Cancelling within 48hrs will result in 50% service fee)

- Cancellations made the day of the appointment will result in 100% of the service fee to cover the cost of the missed appointment.

- No shows will NOT be tolerated. The deposit will be Forfeited, Service Amount will need to paid in full, and the client will no longer be able to book for future appointments.
